It is a good idea to consider the cost of renting a one-bedroom home if you believe purchasing and owning a property in Central Florida and the Orlando area is costly. It hurts!
In a region in central Florida, the cost of rent and mortgages is going up, and there aren't a lot of indications that prices will start to go down shortly. Research from Zumper indicates that the median monthly rent for a one-bedroom flat in the Orlando metropolitan area was $1,680 in the previous month.
In the same survey, the cities in the Orlando metropolitan area with the lowest and highest rentals were ranked. Several communities in Florida, including Deltona, Titusville, and Leesburg, have the lowest rents, while Clermont, Orlando, and Palm Coast have the highest rents.
Most expensive cities to rent in Orlando:
Clermont was named the most costly city to reside in, with a one-bedroom flat costing $1,700. This means that it is the most expensive city to rent in Orlando. Palm Coast had the third-highest rent at $1,600, followed by Orlando, which had the second-highest rent at $1,630. Palm Coast was the second-most expensive neighborhood.
Additionally, the report discovered that Clermont experienced a rent increase of almost 2.4% at the end of the previous month, making it the third metro Orlando city with the highest rent increase.
