If you play in a tournament, the match would be a series of three games to eleven in the winner's bracket.  In the loser's bracket (or to be politically correct, the opportunity bracket), it is one game to 15.  Otherwise, we just call it a pickleball game.  Each game is generally to 11.  Some tournaments are changing to rally scoring, which rewards a point to the server or the receiver.  Those games are to 21. 

I have been quite successful lately, but still have lost my share of games.  The competition is stiff and getting better every day.
