SW Metro Sledding "Report"

The fresh snow is finally every kids dream and with the warmish weather what a great an inexpensive (even if at times dangerous) way to have fun with the kids and grandkids!

On the southwest side of town, we are blessed with dozens of great sledding hills. You will find links for more information about them below.

The "Big Kahuna" of the SW metro sledding hills is easily Staring Lake Park in Eden Prairie, featuring a 700 foot run + Lots of parking, lights, and of course bathrooms.

This group of sledders are trying to figure out who should go first at the top of the Staring Lake Hill in Eden Prairie.

I will then leave, almost always before I am asked, and prepare a report for you to give you the counsel you are looking for so you can make the best decision possible when you are are ready to do so.

Common Thought: Is it STILL a sellers market or has it FINALLY shifted to a buyers market?

YES is the short answer.
We currently have a limited supply of homes at a 1.7 Months supply for existing single family listings as of 2/15/24. NOTE: 1.7 Months is a week less than it was just a week ago.

The Minneapolis-St.Paul Metro has been in a seller's market since Nov 2014 when it hit 3.9 months of supply.
