Man can I relate to that!

I've been there many times as I am someone who loves to take short naps. My naps are usually 5 to 20 minutes long and I usually wake up refreshed. However there are those times when I wake up and wonder where I am and what time of day is it?

I will also admit that there have been times where my napping became a bit of an embarrassment. For the last ten years of my career my office was in one fully staged model home after another. I only remember being woke up once by a shopper, I can assure you once was enough, never happened again.

Good morning Bob. Never been a napper, but will admit to being envious of those who can recharge the batteries with short naps. Enjoy your day.

Good Morning Bob! Taking nap during the day is not bad, mine comes between 7 to 9 pm just for few minutes. I think that's way your body tells you to relax!!!

That would have been quite the awakening! (Getting roused by a customer.)

As for me, I can't nap. My brain just won't shut off. Even when I was pregnant it was impossible. Maybe some day!

There is nothing wrong with a power nap, but not good when a potential buyer has to wake you up.

Brian England I should read up on what the experts say but I agree with you. I can achieve REM sleep in very short order.

Wayne Martin I think I inherited to much of the worry gene from my dad and the need to nap is my bodies way of dealing with it.

Kat Palmiotti I do have times where I go to take a nap and realize my brain activity is to high to get a nap in, so I totally relate.

It was very embarrassing to be woke up by a customer Ed Silva, 203-206-0754 so I made sure it never happened again.

Hello Bob,  I use to take power naps but for some reason I do not to often.  Power naps are good for us.

I certainly think the body and brain do a good job of telling us to take a break Will Hamm and if we don't listen bad things can happen.

I can relate to that toon.  Just last week, I woke thinking it was 6:30 am, but it was actually 6:30 pm.  I had only napped.

When that happens here Myrl Jeffcoat in the winter it would be dark out either way so that would really contribute to the confusion.

Thank you again for the feature in the Old Farts Club group!

Have a wonderful weekend. 😊

Often enough I will tell my wife that I feel like spending some time reading my book in the living room...in my Lazy Boy Chair.

She will acknowledge my plan and tell me the she will wake me up if she needs me for anything.

It was embarrassing Endre Barath, Jr. but now I ca look back and laugh. I have to nap but you sound like my bride. Carol is dead to the world when she goes to bed.
