I know what you mean Endre Barath, Jr. about Phoenix home prices compared to LA area. The amazing thing some of these less than $325K homes are newer in the perimeter cities, longer commute but if you work from home a great deal.  Jeff

Of course in the city they are likely to me fixer uppers but newer in the perimeter cities or in 55+ age restricted communities. Jeff
