Strong relationships of mutual trust between the police and the communities we serve are critical in maintaining public safety and effective policing. Join PACT for its next meeting on February 29 at 4:30 p.m. via Zoom.

This is a City of Gaithersburg, Maryland announcement.

At the meetings, participants have discussed such topics as the School Resource Officer program, Recruitment & Retention, Use of Force, and Officer Accountability. As the group continues to move forward, they would like to invite the public to attend and listen to those meetings. The organizers & members of the meeting are Matthew Ross from BLAC and a positive Hip Hop artist, John Stephenson from Vision for Change. These meetings have been named the Police and Community Together (PACT) Meetings.
