Where are you originally from?
Ingrid Wilson was born and raised in the Netherlands and entered the US with a four-year teaching degree obtained in 1984.
What made you decide to open this business?
Ingrid wanted to help people, to lay healing hands upon them and improve their lives through massage and Reiki. Ingrid Wilson received her Massage Therapist License from Mueller College in San Diego in 2011 and became a Holistic Health Practitioner and Reiki Master in 2012.
How did you get started?
Ingrid Wilson's background is in Occupational and Physical Therapy. She has worked in several health care settings including UCSD Medical Center, Mission Bay Hospital as well as in well-known local retirement homes, rehab centers, chiropractic care offices and as a teacher at the Dutch School of Southern California.

What were the factors that made you choose this neighborhood?
"It's easy to commute here, park here and fun to explore here. There are so many mom & pop shops in Bay Park and I love to walk around Mission Bay just across the freeway from my office.

What is something most people don't know about you?
Over the past decade, Ingrid has participated in several sporting events including century bike rides, triathlons, and marathons to raise funds for non-profit organizations. She is currently a proud sponsor of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Arthritis Foundation and RAD (Rising Above Disability) and serves in two local churches in kids ministries.
What is your most memorable customer experience?
This story is one of my favorites and it's best summed up in this testimonial:
