Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison, Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 22, the same number of active listings at the beginning of last month. Fifteen are pre-owned and 7 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 6 single family homes (ranging in price from $850,000 to $3,500,000)

There were 7 closings this month compared to 6 last month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 96.8%, down from last month's 100.8%. All of these properties sold below asking price.

Pre-owned homes: The median number of days on the market for the pre-owned homes that sold was 77 days, while the previous month the median was 10 days. The average number of days on the market was 178 days. The range in February for the previously owned home was 8 days to 764 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes sold is $251.73, down from last month's $269.50.
