The guiding principles and philosophy of the Active Rain community serve as a reminder for old and new members of our basic philosophy and principles upon which this organization was formed.

The Weltanschauung philosophy guides us all, and as members of this amazing community, we are bound by these principles and guidelines.

We admire the spirit of other real estate professionals and respect the knowledge and the benefit that each one brings to the table.  Because of this sharing of ideas and knowledge, I believe, that we are all better real estate professionals for it. 

With so much negativity in the world, it is refreshing to be around a group of people with positive energy and who offer encouragement in a stressful and challenging profession.
