February saw a very brief increase in inventory, though all of that was gobbled up by homebuyers that were anxious to make Piney Orchard their new neighborhood.  There were a couple of age-qualified condos that lingered on the market and that skewed the days on market data, but with a more limited audience of buyers for that product those increased days are to be expected.  But the well priced homes were selling very quickly, and over asking price.
