Time Flies Again

As Another AR Anniversary Arrives

I have said it before. Likely you have as well. Mere minutes turn into hours. Then, days into weeks. After that, those months transform to years. Then the decades can become life-long memories. All too fast. Yes, time flies in ways that seem familiar yet unique. Sometimes simultaneously.

Joining ActiveRain on March 30, 2010, I have seen much. I have also heard, overheard and inferred a lot too. In addition, I have witnessed and participated in many changes that proved to be evolutionary. Yes, I have experienced a lot. On this platform as well away from it in real life.

So much of everyday life is reflected here. On this anniversary, I want to express appreciation for my membership. Far from perfect, ActiveRain continues to be a pleasant-enough place to spend time.

And speaking of the bunny-related aspect of today, I remember when I first met you on these pages. you were in Highlands Ranch Colorado then showed up in Melbourne Florida (not Australia, right?). Then looking back in the AR archives, I learned there was Texas time in your past too.

Of course, reading your posts I have been well-aware of your New York roots too.

Jerry Newman - yes, a quick search tells me you joined this site in 2011 and like Nina Hollander, Broker who also became a member that same year, I was unable to pinpoint an actual date. Maybe it's an ActiveRain glitch for that year or some kind of twitch in my own brain --- each is a possibility.
