The industry might soon undergo some changes. From my understanding, there might be a minor bump or two and a few logistical changes in how Co-ops are handled, but that is it. When things eventually change, in the simplest terms, co-ops will no longer be posted in the MLS, and buyers will sign a contract when working with an agent.
I am going to bet that the ones that put their consumers first provide excellent service and best understand the upcoming changes in our industry will thrive as usual. After all -professionalism is at the core of success. Be professional and watch your success grow.
