Over 28 years in the mortgage industry and I still struggle with the same fear I had when I first started back in 1995. “Fear of making a mistake”. 😱
I don’t care how many managers, co-workers , friends and family tell me people make mistakes, there are times when I just can’t shake that fear.
But….. One thing I never do is allow that fear to stop me. I own it. I admit it and I do it scared. Procrastination is a common symptom of fear. This Wednesday…. I say do it scared! 💪🏽
