Do not let my wife see this blog. (She rarely reads them anyway.)
I have hit a bump in the road on blogging again. Sorry Kathy Streib I know you want to hear from me...but really there is Nothing exciting going on except the regular ups and downs of business as usual for real estate...and we all are healthy as I write this.
I am scratching my head on what to 
write or talk about. My wife would be shocked... so it is best to leave her in the dark on this one. This photo was supposed to show me scratching my head but I forgot to scratch!! I blame it on yesterday!
I could write about all the inaccurate info going around about commissions...NAH... you all have that covered and it is business as usual for my company in Nebraska.
Or the fact that we are still digging out from an unexpected Blizzard...or that after snowblowing and digging for 6 hours yesterday...1 minute from the end while putting the shovel back in the truck...I biffed it hard on the ice...but survived!! NO...I did not hit my head...so no sense was knocked back into it!
Perhaps I could write about the fact that despite it being in writing via email... Title company did not set the time they suggested in their email and we agreed to on their calendar for a major closing tomorrow...but we will make it work. Buyer just gave a text thumbs up to the change. Yes...we do most transactions with both sides...roughly 75%.
Or I could write about the fact that I was dumb enough to schedule a listing appointment at the same time I had scheduled the closing mentioned above. At least the new seller was willing to move it to next week...and as she said...She is having the "Last Supper" for her entire family on Saturday to let them know she is moving 35 miles away from their lifelong home. (Her daughter who referred her knows and approves).
Or how about the fact that my barber 
went to South Africa over 2 months ago to marry a gal and I am in desperate need of a haircut...
But since my mind is mostly blank today...and even though I was asleep within 1 minute of laying down last night..I am still a tad worn out from my 17,365 step day yesterday...so I think I will just say...
Hang in there with me AR...I will be back blogging before you know it!

Disclosure: Outdoor snow photo was last snowstorm...forgot to take photos yesterday. We had way more snow this time. Photo 3 was yesterday after finishing and photo 2 was a few minutes ago while writing this blog.
