April's ActiveRain Reconnection Rally - Bring Back the Spark!🌟 

What an interesting Challenge. I am not sure I will participate but if I do, I know that I will benefit from talking to someone with whom I have never engaged in the past.

This is another interesting challenge. I can think of several members around the country but also know that they have gotten themselves positioned elsewhere. Time will tell.

Definitely such a great Idea! I am fairly new to this community but I am hoping to be of any help really!

What a fun challenge and a terrific way to connect with a member from the past. I bet there will be loads of oldies and goodies making a reappearance! Let's hope so.

This is a good one! I've already begun the process and it's proved interesting! I have reached out to a quite few already  I've been curious about. FYI: I had been asked to do the April challenge back in February and agreed to, but I'm know reminded and realizing no one got back to me on my questions about formulating it. Maybe one down the road I'll do one, but I know I'll be too busy for May's.

Am thinking of who to reach out to, Debe. This promises to be another fun challenge and thank you and Brad for hosting!

Debe Maxwell, CRS I am as well, lol! I have quite a lot going on right now, so I haven’t really perfected it but it will come I’m sure.  :

I was lucky I didn't have to call, but actually had a face to face meeting with the first broker for Dirt Road Real Estate and a past very engaged Active Rain Member.

I have to write up the conversation of my call with my lost Dagny and post it.

I made an attempt and would consider it successful if my topic person made an appearance at the Zoom calls and maybe down the road gave us her story.

New members and making them feel hey, glad you are here.. if you need anything, just let me know. The reunion is fine but new blood, not more retired real estate veterans helps the channel grow. Worthwhile content, the habit of checking in because you don't want to miss anything served up would make the AR channel robust again.
