     Videos save EVERYONE precious time! Buyers have no delay "getting in", sellers like the open house on demand instead of who tracked in the diesel fuel and grease on the white carpets. 

     Invest in a few tools to do a better presentation is what overbooked buyers and sellers want use to do and video does it best. See the cine whoop goggles and telephoto lens? These are marketing tools.

Using video in the marketing is the key and slow but sure you can add your own personal glimpse your properties, your community events Ginger Harper. People in the audience want to hear your perspective of what it is like living in Southport NC and what do you think about this new property listing,e etc.

Shoot, edit, render, upload. Again, shoot, edit, render and upload. Then study to see where you adjust. Video is not one or two and done. It is like blogging.. regular posts because your audience is hungry and needs feeding Wayne L. Brown ! They get better like any skill with practice. Did ot find a quick search for a YouTube channel.. there is your first step.
