I built my business one relationship at a time. Through networking, through my business and through referrals. My goal is to duplicate my clients through delivering excellent service, thus creating advocates by close of escrow. I work in a way that makes my clients want to share their good experience with their friends, coworkers and family members. I can only do that if I both deliver the goods and do it a way that feels above and beyond.

Staying in touch with all my current and sold clients through calls, mail, notes, pop-by's, social media and annual Gratitude Gathering aka client appreciation parties, is what makes me unique in this industry. I serve my clients needs, not my own, so they know they are getting prioritized and cared for, they are never pressured to sell or buy; I simply provide the information and advice that helps them make informed decisions and move on with their lives. It's about being relational, not transactional. It's about people and relationships not commission checks and quick sales.

Hi Thomas- I'd say that's a good business model!!!  Doing what's best for your clients is one point. But building and maintaining the relationship through calls, texts, face to face gatherings is an important layer.

Ha Ha me too - as a DJ Business owner - only I didn't know it either.
I was doing it informally without a plan, Brian basically got me to make a plan and be on purpose once I became a REALTOR.
