Yikes Endre Barath, Jr. downsizing to save money with a growing family is not a pleasant thought. Are people still moving to the deep suburbs in LA to get more home for the money? That happens here in the Phoennix metro to places like Buckeye, Queen Creek, Maricopa and even Coolidge and Casa Grande. Jeff

I know what you mean Wayne Martin there is something about a backyard with a lounge chair and some light gardening with birds chirping and a fountain that is pleasant about a home in the suburbs in retirement or any time. Jeff

Unfortunately, with the 7.5% interest rates they are having a hard time moving to the suburbs... areas that were looked at less desirable are now starting around $1.2million or more and do the monthly mortgage on that and the taxes, utilities... etc. hence the outward migration, Endre
