Homes on Bonita Beach sit on one of the most desirable locations in Southwest Florida. Bonita Beach maintains the lifestyle and quality of living of the Naples waterfront, but avoids the atmosphere and zoning issues faced by more northern beach communities. Bonita Beach also maintains the Naples gulf front style without the high pricing. A Bonita beachfront residence can be had for a fraction of the cost of its Naples counterpart. This location and price point makes Bonita Beach a highly desirable market for affordable luxury beachfront living. Bonita Beach features a variety of property levels to purchase. Existing and new homes.

Empty Lots:

 Lots on Bonita Beach are 50’ x 200’. A buyer may purchase an empty beachfront lot or a similar lot in the multi million dollar price range. Lots with tear down condition still wanted and have multiple offers, by many developers.

New Construction:

New or recently new beachfront homes on Bonita Beach tend to be 3 or 4 story, with full hurricane protection and concrete construction. A typical new construction home will have between 4 and 6 bedrooms, 2+ garages, and 4,000 to 6,000 a/c sq ft. Typical amenities include high end luxury finish with a pool, elevator, and pocketing sliding glass doors. The majority of single family gulf homes on Bonita Beach do not have a HOA and seasonal owners typically hire a home watch service to maintain a lock and go lifestyle. These homes typically sell between $5 million and up.

Renovated Homes:

These homes were typically originally constructed in the 1980’s giving them a solid structure, but dated layout and finishes. Once the homes have been renovated they will have the quality and most features of a new construction home. They are typically smaller with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 3,000 to 4,000 a/c sq ft. They are typically sold from the lower $4 million dollars and up.
