On April 17, 2024, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported homes values were higher 1.4% to the price of $801,000 in March of 2024 from price of $790,000 in February of 2024, and rose 9.0% from price of $735,000 in March of 2023 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California. While, home sales jumped 20.0% in March of 2024 from February of 2024, but fell 8.0% from in in March of 2023 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.

There were 2.7 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2024, down from 3.2 months in February of 2024, but up from 2.3 months in March of 2023 in Los Angeles, Metro Area, California.

An average it took 23.0 days to sell a home in March 2024, lower from 27.0 days in February of 2024, and dropped from 29.0 days in March of 2023 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.

Good morning John. It is humorous to think you only have a 2.7 month supply of inventory. If so many people are leaving one would think there would be plenty of inventory. Maybe fake news! Enjoy your day.
