The last post I wrote was AI banned on Activerain ? I dont like to be someone that just presents problems without a possible solution. That in mind here are my thoughts on how to address A.I. being incorporated into ActiveRain Community Guidelines.
1. Members of ActiveRain may use A.I. art if they are the creators of the art (you prompted the A.I. model for the creation) If you remixed someone's created work through the model you will need to have had their permission for the use of their A.I. created work regardless of if at this time A.I. can be copyrighted and comply with already established community guidelines on acceptable materials and copyright protected materials apply to A.I. if uploading a copyrighted picture in a model and only putting a slight filter on it that's not a new creation the supreme court has ruled. 21-869_87ad.pdf (supremecourt.gov)

2. Members aren't allowed to use the images of another member or their avatar in A.I. creations, that being stills or motion video, members may also not use the voice of another member unless approval is received from the member. No deepfakes.
3. Members are to have created at least 80% of the content of their post by a human, prompting is not considered creation, unless members are prompting with back propagation and advanced user levels with creations of negative prompting members must note credit to the portion used from A.I. that was created in order to use up to 20% of the post as A.I. as it can be argued that is at that point artisan by a human. If using any portion of A.I. members are to fact check what they are posting, there are currently no perfect A.I. models and they all have hallucinations that will provide incorrect data from time to time, it's always a good practice to fact check all data being provided in the Rain.
I understand this will be a growing topic of content use, web scraping has been ruled legal for example link is below and there will be many discussions going on in the field as A.I. has used all data existing on the internet in some models already.
I wanted to present a possible solution on an approach as I have spent more time than the average member of AR working with A.I. models and creations I would bet.
Members have spent years creating quality post to connect with peers and customers and spent time brainstorming and refining their post to build this network. A.I. has the potential if not addressed in rules to dilute the works of members. Hopefully this will be a help to those considering how to handle future updates to community guidelines on this topic.
