Hi, Dorie!  So there is probably a good reason most of them use us - buying and selling a piece of property is pretty complicate. And when things go sideways, someone who understands how to mitigate the consequences is worth the brokerage fee! And when things go smoothly?  Well, that too! Without us it might not have been so easy for the buyer or seller!

Hi Dorie- this is proof that sellers and buyers are choosing to work with agents. This is probably the most expensive transaction anyone will make, so why would you try to go through it on your own.

Dorie that is a high percentage, but it should be 100%.  Anyone who purchases or sells a home without hiring a Realtor is very foolish in my opinion.

I really believe this is the right time to end Dual Agency and watered down services.

clearly an Attorney only represents One Party , they are seen as crucial and knowledgeable and their skill set is only available to one side of the lawsuit. 
After the NAR Lawsuit, Consumers will probably attempt to reduce the Amount of Compensation they are willing to pay . Clearly to maintain Top Dollar a Buyer Agent should be demonstrating that their only concern is the Buyer and getting them the Most Favorable outcome ( possibly at the Sellers expense)

Dorie, this is great information to share with those thinking we aren't worth the fees we charge. I can't even begin to list each of the many, many things we do for each transaction that when left to do it on their own, buyers and sellers would have ZERO clue about most of them.
