Home sales in Vestavia, Alabama in June '08 were the fourth strongest in the last year. We saw 50 homes close in June (down from 60 in May, which was a phenomenal month). Nine sales were in Liberty Park. The average salesprice was $314,907 with prices ranging from $76,000 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Montreat to $1.255 million for an estate in the Old Overton section of Liberty Park. The average days on market for sold properties was 77.20. Currently there are 438 properties on the market in Vestavia which represents an 8.76 month supply (down from a 10.78 month supply last November).
