Hello Minna - timely responsiveness seems like an obvious response to receiving such a notice but methinks there might be other issues underfoot as well. 

That editorializing aside, I see this post marks a return to the AR blog roll after a bit of respite. 

The information you share is valuable.  Hopefully it is a good reminder.  Responsible home ownership is a good thing - even for those desring to be a part of that group.

Minna Reid these steps make a lot of sense.  Foreclosures are very costly for Lenders, so they want to avoid them as much as possible.
