ActiveRain May Challenge…Why Choose YOU?!
The recent NAR ruling has generated many posts, articles, and 
news commentaries. Some of the news has been skewed…some of what I’ve read seems canned.
Someone recently told me their bank might add a lender/agent to the staff. “After all, anyone can do what an agent does?”
Real estate agents, stagers, inspectors, and lenders are already subject to misconceptions. Now more than ever, it is important that your readers learn from YOU the value you bring to the table.
This month Debe Maxwell, CRS and I are hosting a challenge that should be easy for all of you to write!

What’s involved…
~Tell your readers how the NAR decision will impact them.
~Tell your readers what sets you apart from others in your field.
~If you are retired, we want to hear from you too. For example, if you are a retired agent, you can write a post sharing what you think is important when hiring an agent. Use your imagination!!!
~Include at least ONE GRAPHIC
~Post should be at least 300 words
~Your reader wants YOUR WORDS. Please NO Artificial Intelligence. (or we’ll apply Artificial Points!)
~Copy a link to your post in the comment section below
