Nick is extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in the area. I am a first time home buyer in Berwyn and found Nick through his website which included videos and lots of information about what to expect. I chose to work with him because he is very down to earth and we connected very quickly in the process. The first thing you will notice about Nick is how responsive he is. Whether it’s through email, text or calls, he answered me almost immediately any time I had a question. It made me feel like I was his only client even though that was not the case. Being a first time buyer doing this alone, I had A LOT of questions and Nick was very patient with me. The next thing that makes Nick stand out is his knowledge of the area and the process. He seems to have connections and many local friends. He gave me all the inside info about what was going on in town for future development and local businesses. This increased my confidence in my home choice and selecting Berwyn. When it came time to negotiate the price of the home I had possibly unreasonable expectations on how quickly we can settle. Nick still made it happen and I do believe I got the best price. The final area that really differentiates him is his willingness to go above and beyond. It’s not required of him to help me measure my windows or to advise me how to deal with home improvements, or to inquire about my personal life. He didn’t treat it like a business transaction; I felt like I was working with a friend. Even months after closing Nick still answers questions I have. Most recently there was a zoning board hearing regarding my home. Nick showed up and even spoke on my behalf which I believe helped to pass the variance that would impact me greatly if not approved. This was way above and beyond and I am very grateful for it. One last item about working this Nick – we had fun. Purchasing a home is a huge life decision, and I needed to take it very lightly to ignore the stress. Nick got that and we laughed through it all. That is what I needed and I have no doubt he will be a great help to anyone going through the home buying process.

Nick presented my house perfectly showed it well,and received immediate response which he brought to me and discussed......he is very helpful without being opinionated the house was sold in three days for more than asking price and because I am handicapped Nick did many extra details for me that I was unable to do. What’s more important to you; a realtor who is kind, friendly, and responsive, or one who is knowledgeable and that you know will get the deal done? Why settle for either or? Nick is truly the best of both worlds. To sum it up in one sentence: he treats you like a 10 million dollar client. If you’d like to read about my experience, please see below, if not, just take my word for it and use Nick! I was searching for condos at 10:15PM on a random Monday night when I saw one I liked on Zillow and contacted two agents at the same time: a Zillow “Premier Agent” and Nick. I didn’t hear back from the Premier Agent until two days later, and the response was generic and less than personal. Nick, however, responded JUST 15 MINUTES LATER AT 10:30PM! Not only did he respond at such a late hour, he IMMEDIATELY CREATED ME an online portal to see all the condos for sale in the condo association I was looking at. Every single time I texted or emailed him he has RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY! Morning, noon, night, late night, numerous, numerous one-off questions were always responded immediately and with good and correct information. Anything he could do to make my life easier, he did. He bends over backwards for you and accommodates your schedule! I had just gotten a new job (hence my move) and couldn’t take time off from work to do anything. He showed me houses on a Sunday and stayed late at his office and met with me after work hours to go over necessary paperwork. We had a settlement date that I had to change because of work, and he did it, no problem or questions asked. In addition, instead of doing the walk-through right before settlement as standard procedure, I had to do it the night before, and HE MADE A SPECIAL TRIP out to do it with me on my schedule after work hours. It had turned out the seller hadn’t fully moved out, so he went back by himself the next day (the day of settlement) to do another final walk-through for me. During the documents process, I was asking him many questions, as a first-time home buyer, and he answered all of my questions, and even redid all the documents when I wanted to change something. At one point, the settlement lawyer reached out to me about a problem that he said I had to take care of, and Nick took care of the whole thing for me! He also gave me a cool house-warming present at closing! All these things you would expect, perhaps, if you were buying a multi-million dollar house, not a small, cheap, 1 bed 1 bath condo. In terms of the “nitty gritty” - he knows his stuff, the area, and all the places I was looking at expertly. He also got me a deal $10k under asking! Can’t beat that! How he isn’t a “premier agent” only goes to show that Zillow’s criteria for determining who is and isn’t a premier agent isn’t accurate. You can’t get more premier than Nick. He’s the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, and a pleasure to work with. He is truly the best.

Your means of giving your clients the confidence to make educated decisions are SO relevant to the time - CSI Certified & digital tools are something that such a small percentage of us do! I still see agents' 'videos' that are just moving slideshows of the photos they took...that's NOT a video! LOL
