Think back for a minute. I MEAN THINK BACK, so stop reading, look away from this and avoid all distractions for a minute and THINK BACK on your life. What are the two or three things that were the worse in your life.
My father died my senior year of high school on a week day, I had came home for lunch and there were a house full of people; I thought it was a surprise party for me. I have had sleep apnea for around 10 years, two weeks ago I got INSPIRE!!! Life is so great now. My first wife took our four year old son got on a bus and traveled almost 2000 miles while I was at work one day and filed for divorce, and I never saw my son for over a year. I GOT HIM BACK I GOT CUSTODY LATER BY PAYING HER A MERE $300.
You see I survived all of those. And during those times I did have fear, stress, anxiety and worry. Now it is quite seldom that I let things bother me too much.
Being around the right people is one of the huge benefits for this. I am a member of a Toastmaster club every Friday morning at 6:45a.m. It is often quite difficult for me to get up that early. But I recognize the benefits of being with those 19 people.
Praying often. Attending worship services weekly. Reading positive quotes. Listening to upbeat music. Are just a few simple things you can do to put your self in the right mindset.
I hope your day is as great as mine,
