I’ve been watching with interest the roping off an area at the front of Canyon Creek at the entrance across from our signage coming into Canyon Creek. I walk every morning so one of my routes its up to this entrance. Desi Chinese is coming to Canyon Creek...the question is when?
A new food truck, Desi Chinese, has placed fencing and brought in tables and the food truck is in place. I tried googling Desi Chinese and am coming up empty handed. I stopped at the little grocery store, Food N More #2, with the gas station and, The Little Top Taco Restaurant to ask if they knew anything about this new Food Truck Park. I found out one of the owners of the grocery store has a cousin who is creating this little park!

This morning there were workers and they are hoping to be open for Memorial week-end. It will be a fun one to have as there is Top Taco Mexican food right there...the more options the better! I'll keep you posted.
