Today was a busy day and I love that. My listing contract was emailed back we can talk about that later. My past clients want me to take a ride up to the new development they purchased and are not happy with. They are thinking of selling and to be honest, I think they should keep it. I am going up with them to see the problem and we will see if we can overcome their objections.
I am waiting to hear back from the listing I went on last week, who thought the commission was now cheap because he heard it on the news. He was so disappointed when I explained to him that what the news reporter told him was not true. I did explain it was negotiable but nothing had changed. I will be calling him this week as his plan is to list on Memorial Day Weekend. When he called, I thought he was referred to me, but it turned out he had called every Realtor in the direct area. He may be shopping for a discount broker, so if he decides to go elsewhere, I will not be upset. I explained I am a full-service broker.
When you list with me, I am here for you personally. I answer my phone when you call. If you get my voicemail mail, you will hear back from me shortly. You deal with me directly and never an assistant. You are important and I will always be available to you. I have a team of professionals I work with that will assist us in getting the job done. I do everything to make sure whatever problem arises gets solved.
