Avery Park is a thriving community off 46 in New Braunfels. so it's in between I35 and I10 for those that jump on the freeways regularly. Avery Park isn't the largest community in New Braunfels but it's big! It's almost a mile down Avery Park to get to the recreation center where the community gathers to cool down in their beautiful pool. The community has sidewalks and has different pet stops to help keep the community picked up.
N.B AVERY PARK HOA is $127 a quarter.
It's in Comal ISD and Guadalupe County.
