I am building a referral network of Real Estate Agents / Realtors who have the knowledge of/understand of what living a sustainable lifestyle and homesteading is all about, and how to represent Buyers who are looking for their forever homestead, across the globe.
Being a homesteading Realtor I am keenly aware of all of the things that should be addressed when working with a Buyer looking for their Forever Homestead. Things like climate, water, geography, potential threats, farming/soils, access, animal husbandry, alternative building styles and methods, and so much more. This lifestyle is complex and yet simple and there is always room to learn more which I continue to pursue so I can bet help Buyers who are looking.
As a homesteading Realtor people do contact me to discuss their specific wants and needs and sometimes it is not in the south central portion of the "Texas Triangle" that I work and I need to find and "vet" other Agents that have the knowledge to represent these Buying Clients in other areas. That isn't easy! Although there are certifications for Eco Friendly and Green that Agents can get I know there is so much more to it than that.
