Thanks for the response Thomas, Michael, Kevin and Mary. If these stats didn't come from reputable sources I would have a hard time believing them myself. Chances are things will get worse before they get better. Our quest is that people get a clue that there is a plan in place in American and Canada that gives them access to the legal system without the high costs.
