Having the right tools in every profession matters...

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties 01238708

Having the right tools in every profession matters... as most of you who read my posts, know I love cooking and having the right tools helps me make some of the best dishes relatively easy. All because of having the right tools, the right cookbooks, the right skill set and the right ingredients.

I do not have an outdoor grill, so I substitute everything indoors. Tonight, I made Mexican Street Corn, in a skillet since grilling was not an option.

Needless to say, I had the right tool...

Endre I am surprised you do not have an outdoor grill.  In my humble opinion food cooked on a grill always seems to come out better.

When I got a cast iron skillet, I read up and the seasoning part seemed like too much work for someone like me who doesn't cook much, haha.

Dorie Dillard Austin TX  like I said to Sheila above it all depends on the price point, I like the dual ranges like Wolf and Viking... but if I had to go strictly with electric then my leaning would be to Bosh, Endre

Hi Endre,
Having the right tools is only part of the equation, isn't it Endre? Knowing what to do with them is the rest of the story.

Couldn't agree more. And way to go on the cast iron swapout for a grill. We love our cast iron pans and use them very frequently!
