The Corruption of Detroit Real Estate

Well in Oct 2006 I said I don't trust the court system,here in Michigan, and now I feel the same way about our City (Detroit) & State Goverment here in MI. How can I put my trust in a system like this ? A failed system,  A corrupted system, Raciest Judges, Judges that can be brought, Police who don't care or got caught up in the corruption, Pastors chasing down money,  We the People of Detroit has been beat down by this system that's now all out of control.  Now they want this same beat down people to stand up ! I see why the people has lost momentum here in Detroit, No one's  motivated, here is my list of a failed system here in Detroit. The streets are all torn up, Pot holes bigger then truck tires, Graffiti on professional, Graffiti on private homes, Casinos, Abandit building,  Abandit homes, not only that they are not boarded up, for our kids safety & Women,  We see police maybe, just maybe every 3 hrs, Our kids are being killed, Copper thieves are rampit, Drug dealers taking over the streets ,  Car thieves off the hook, illegal guns.  Now here is the Real Estate in Detroit, Liquor stores, Beer & Wine stores, with poster boards to back up this type of behavior, Strip Clubs, Coney Islands, Beauty Supplies, Beauty Salons, Gas Stations, Schools closed and more to shut down, No recreation centers, Mix all this up with no jobs, We are not able to take a walk after a meal, You can't even have a pair of sunglasses here in Detroit. But I keep hearing those famous words from Our Detroit Mayor: ( I'M TAKING CARE OF DETROIT ) where at ?  From 8 mile to Downtown Detroit from East to West, It's the same story. My question to our MI State Goverment ,  If Detroit is the strong hold, The largest City of MI,  Why did you let it get this bad ? It's seems that everyone is taking from Detroit, they have suck us dry in Detroit.
