Buddies Night at Camden Yards

Buddies Inc. is a 501C3 charitable organization that is proud to sponsor the Baltimore Police Department Explorer Program.  Buddies' mission is to support the Police Explorer program which they believe is a key component towards the reduction of youth violence in Baltimore City.

The Explorers Program accepts applications from youths aged 14-20. The program offers training opportunities, the opportunity to learn service skills, gain practical experience, work towards a rewarding career, and towards leadership opportunities, and also gain service learning hours a requirement for high school graduation. 

Historically, the largest fundraiser for the Explorers has been this Police Explorer Night at Camden Yards. Over the past few years with COVID-19 and changes in ticketing with the Orioles moving to 99% electronic tickets there have been some challenges and opportunities with this fundraiser and getting it back to the scale it once was. However, the future is looking bright, just like the Orioles lineup currently in 2nd place and challenging to get back to 1st place in the American League East!!

This year (2024) the Police Explorer's Game Hosted by Buddies is on Thursday, June 27th at 6:35 pm and is against the Texas Rangers.

Pricing for available tickets is as follows:

Upper Reserve - Sec 326-346 - $21.00

Lower Reserve - Sec 7-17 and 55-85 - $26

LF Lower Box - Sec 66-74 - $42

Lower Box - Sec 6-14 and 60-64 - $51

$6 from every ticket sale goes as a donation to Buddies for the Benefit of the Explorers.
