1) This BG is at 85+1, it is backed by the shares of Barclays Bank as its been sold via the Group that owns 70% of Barclays Bank plc, the BG will be sold via an Interbank screen, the Seller will buy back the BG at the end of the year at full face value guaranteed.
2) FEES you have whole Buy side 0.5% OPEN.
