Is it really just a pass/fail job?

One of the interesting aspects of receiving service or being the customer, is failing to see that professionalism and experience count.

Some call it the pass/fail syndrome. 

"Just fix my car and stop it from making that noise."

"Just fill in my cavity."

"Just get me divorced."

"Just put on a new roof."

"Just get me divorced."

"Just sell my house. "

"Just write up an offer for me on that house. "

It's either you get it done or you don't.  It's a really sad way of thinking about service if you want an exceptional experience and an above average result. 

What do you believe is valuable when choosing a Realtor?

Experience? How many transactions have they done? Do they have market knowledge?

How have they gone the extra mile for their clients?

You've heard the expression..."the worst employees only do what's expected of them and nothing more." 

Same with Realtors.

Whether it's finding a good roofer or plumber or helping you get unwanted items out of the house before listing,  we have your back!

Experience helps when things go sideways in a transaction.
