I agree with you Lori Mode   It amazes me how many people do not use Buyer representation.

Many years ago I listed spec homes for a smaller builder and we made the Buyers have their own  buyer agent representation. Yes they Buyer agents were technically paid by the builder but it all went through me and not direct from the builder.  It worked very well with very minor issues during that time.
