Another Wordless Wednesday Post: How to recycle leftover pasta...

Another Wordless Wednesday Post: How to recycle leftover pasta... well take some fresh Shitake mushrooms, add some langostino tails, some mixed seafood both frozen and some onions, fresh baby spinach with some chicken stock or broth.

www.endrebarath.com

Little olive oil and some butter well that is just for extra flavors and then ones the mushrooms have been sauteed and the mixed seafood is cooked as well, then add a little more chicken stock for extra liquid and flavors. If you have sundried tomatoes with oil add a couple teaspoons of it into the mix. Once all mixed and ready then add the leftover pasta from the other day and you have a new meal.

Well check out the plate and I am sure you will agree with me.

Hi Endre- I am not fond of wasting good food. We rarely have leftover pasta but this sounds like a good way to "refresh" your pasta.

Hello Endre Barath, Jr. I love pasta.  Yet, I do not allow myself to consume it often. It is more of a treat or special occasion meal for me.

Even though I do not consume many of the ingredients, it looks delishou1.

Hi Endre:

That dish looks wonderful. We often cook more pasta that needed for the night's dinner so we can create something else. Leftovers can be a very good thing, for dinner or for lunch!

Enjoy your weekend!

Jeff

Kat Palmiotti  did not have a lot of ingredients in the original pasta, little bit of vegies and a little bit of shrimp so I knew I could add more to it and make it into a new meal, Endre

Nina Hollander, Broker  we have become a mostly vegies and seafood consumers. We did give up pork, beef and the list goes on and on. Only thing left outside of seafood is chicken. Endre

George Souto  I grew up as my parents would go on the weekends into the woods with a book about fungi and they would pick them and make sure that they were not poisonous, so I grew up with eating all kinds of fungi:)Endre
