Safety Tips for Extreme Heat

This is a Maryland Department of Health announcement. 


Safety Tips for Extreme Heat. Check in on elderly and those living alone. Drink water and avoid caffeine, alcohol and sugary drinks. Limit time outside and stay in air-conditioned places. A person takes a drink of water.

We are also in that heat wave and staying hydrated is critical as the body expels water to cool itself and that needs to be replaced and I aways drink a lot of water.
