Fireworks prohibited in all of Eagle Ridge

Greetings Homeowners,
 
Fourth of July is around the corner and the Association wanted to provide a friendly reminder that fireworks
are strictly prohibited in the Community of Eagle Ridge as per City of Gilroy’s Fireworks restrictions at all times.

Violators will be subject to the Eagle Ridge enforcement policy and will result in a fine.
Citations/First offense starts with a $1,000 fine and subsequent violations starting at $2,000.
