Delicious is an understatement!

My visit was nothing short of exceptional, and I’m excited to share my experience with you.

Finding the Best Dish at Thai Neighbor Cuisine 1 in Provo Utah

Intrigued by their promise of authentic Thai flavors, I decided to try their famous Massaman Curry with Tofu. It’s loved for its creamy texture and aromatic spices. It didn’t disappoint!

All their curries are made with coconut milk.

My granddaughter ordered the Red Curry with Beef. This was also very tasty.

You can specify your spice from 1 to 5, 1 is mild, 5 is spicy. We like spicy.

We also enjoyed their Pad Thai with vegetables, a dish I’m usually cautious about because I don’t like sticky noodles. But at Thai Neighbor Cuisine 1, the noodles were perfectly cooked–firm and separate–and mixed with crisp vegetables that added a nice crunch.

We also ordered the spring rolls which were tasty and light.

Since it is a Thai restaurant, we didn’t order any Chinese recipes. They do have a list of Chinese menu items.

What impressed me was Thai Neighbor Cuisine 1’s dedication to preserving Thai culinary traditions. The Thai fried rice is actually fried in a hot wok! This is how it is supposed to be made, yet many restaurants put it in warmer which makes it mushy.
