Over the last week with it being effectively sliced in half by the 4th of July, there was "only" 37 closed sales in the area. The previous week was a record at 147!

Conversely to that point, June 30 is also the end of a lot of listing contracts, so July is a time where there are a number of homeowners who are discouraged, making alternative plans, or even disheartened or angry. So, if you are still interested in selling your home, however you are wanting a fresh, and dare I say.....honest perspective, let me know.
