Hi Debra Leisek! I really like the looks and prices of many of the homes for sale.

As for the Sandhill Cranes - they are my favorite birds! I never knew they could swim in water! I think they are fascinating!!!

Happy Sunday, dear Lady of the lakes in Alaska!

Thank you for your weekly post! My husband grew up on Burrough's Drive, a rural road through the woods. So the parcel on Burrough maintained road called to me! :-) (Not buying at the moment, but if I were.... I'd have to see that one!)

Such a peaceful scene with the sandhills on the water. Hope you're having a good summer.

Good morning Debra. Happy for the Sandhill Cranes that are taking advantage of Alaska's beauty and resources. And, admittedly a bit jealous. Enjoy your day.

Good morning, Debra... what a clever title... and it must be wonderful to watch those Sandhill Cranes.

Hello Michael Jacobs   How are you doing? Hope all is well with you and the summer heat is not too obnoxious. We hit 71 degrees one day!

Thank you!

Dear Debra,

Either you got crazy close or had a good lens. Amazing picture! The spring and fall sentinels of the state.
