Reserve Indoor School Building Space for 2024-25 School Year
Groups interested in reserving indoor spaces at Montgomery County Public Schools' facilities during the 2024-25 school year can begin making reservations online at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15. Reservations for the use of school facilities are regulated by the Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF).
Indoor school reservations include classrooms, gymnasiums, auditoriums, cafeterias and other indoor facilities. For more information, go to General Public Use.
Reservation can be made online at ActiveMONTGOMERY.org. After signing in, select the "Facilities Reservations" thumbnail. On the next page, select the thumbnail that corresponds to the indoor facility that will be requested. Upon selection of your preferred thumbnail, the user will gain access to additional information that will help them complete an online reservation form that will be reviewed by CUPF staff.
To ensure a smooth experience in making reservations:
- Ensure that your account for the NEW ActiveMONTGOMERY.org software is active with a current login and password. Read more...
- Organizations should ensure that the account login and password is available to whomever in the organization has been given the authority to reserve public facilities on their behalf.
- Only a single member of each organization can be logged into the organizational account at one time to reserve facilities.
For more information about the reservation system, contact CUPF at 240-777-2725 or by email at cupf@montgomerycountymd.gov.
