I am proud to be passing the wand to my son, Scott "Bubba" Arendsen. He's been working in the manufactured home industry since he was old enough to stand up straight under them.
I'm proud to announce that it's final. As of February 12, 2026, my youngest son, now 43, earned his way to the top of our company literally from below the ground up. He is now the proud President and CEO of ON THE LEVEL General Contractors Inc. The company was founded in 1986.
