Thanks Laura. I remember you. Lickin' and stickin' isn't for everybody either. That's why the United States Postal Service created self-adhesive stamps.

Hi Brenda! Nice to see you. By golly, stamps sure did go up to 73 cents to mail a letter yesterday. No wonder stamp collecting is so unpopular now ...it was licked by the cost to mail a letter :-) I can't remember exactly how many times the letter was returned in Elvis' song "Return to Sender", but I think it was three times. When the song was recorded the cost to mail a letter was only three cents, hence a nine-cent loss. Today she would have cost Elvis $2.19. Alas, the postal cost of love lost! Hi Nina. It wore me out doing back flips off piano benches. I had to quit. Doctors' orders. I'm ready to get serious and play some real boogie woogie and come back where I belong.
By the way, here I am with the late great Jerry Lee Lewis (September 29th 1935 - October 28th 2022) at Elvis' home about thirty years ago. Jerry Lee had known me since I was kid. I was driving a 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood I restored, and he wanted to see it. I was trying to tell him that I'm a better pianist than he is. He wanted to punch me in the nose.

Nice to see you, Wayne. Not much has changed since I retired in 2015. I know the state of the business is very different. I have to consider just how much help I can be, if any. ActiveRain was the new kid on the block in 2006 when I was hanging out with Brad Andersohn. I remember taking Brad to Elvis Presley's home, Graceland, when he visited Memphis. The early memories and the friendships, as well as the new, are forever. I need to know more about NAR. Hopes for a great day.
Even with stamp collecting, there should be a little time left for AR! Hope to see more of you.

Hi Brian. Life is very good, but stamp collecting may not be as popular as it used to be since Pimco's CEO Bill Gross dumped his collection for 19.1 million dollars a few days ago. I'll see if I can follow his example. Warm regards.
