My buyers have been a long-time customer of mine. Recently they were looking for a parcel, on an acceptable location to place a home and resell. One was found that met all their criteria. Today we closed on this waterfront parcel and braking ground will begin. The parcel is just .35 acres with great views of the water. Sometimes, small parcels become great properties.
