I am curenty working on a RTV virtual tour for a city owned building, the city rents it out for banquits and events. it is a fairly large property. we are hoping this will work to get more people to book. I have been having some issues do to the fact that the room is so large and the lighting is so poor and I dont have enough lighting. I will be working on it this week and presenting the tour to the cardome advisory committie. this is only my second tour, another Freebee.

I am finding that most of our realtors in the area have already sinded up with  person doing virtual tours, not real tour. but a slide show that acts as a tour. I have been pushing the tours but dont want to be to pushy. the firs tour i did turned out ok, however it was a home that had small rooms and some of the room looked distorted.

If any one has any ideas on how to conqure the compititon my ears are open. ha ha

I have realy enjoyed the real tour group Blog. found some great info. I have been slow at getting started with blogging i have been on vacation last week in wonderful Seattle, WA. I'll save that experiance for another blog.

Paul, you may need to use software like Photoshop Elements on your panos to lighten them, before completing the tour. Create and edit High Resolution panos and then add them back into the tour.  To create High Resolution panos follow the instruction below:

After Tour Builder has stitched your image you will be prompted to name it. Prior to naming the image click the "Export to High Resolution" button and save the image onto your computer. You can now edit this high resolution image and then add it back into the tour.

The high resolution image will allow you to lighten the images more with your photo editing software.   Another thing if you are using the flash that came on your camera, you are not getting enough light.  Invest in a quality flash, it is well worth the money.

Much Success!

Video, real full motion HD video is 30 frames per second powerful and the audio is 40% of the video. Need images, photos in your blog posts, especially with your profession. If not, like winking at a lady in the dark happens. Nothing.
