Recently I've been getting a lot of spam texts from people wanting to sell something to me or better yet, buy something from me! So why is this any different from all the other years of spam texts? Because they're getting more creative in what specifically they want to buy from me! One cracked me up so much that I wanted to share it with rest of you looking for a new niche. And since it's Friday what better day is there to have a little fun!

No kidding! This is the first time a spammer wants to buy a hoarder home specifically! Sure back in the foreclosure years we had foreclosure dumps etc but hoarder home is a whole other level of total dump. And of course they come with a bunch of other psychological issues that "Hoarder Home Niche Market Agents" must know how to handle and deal with in a very specific way. Hoarder Home niches can be tricky little devils. But once you set yourself up as the Hoarder Home expert in your market it won't matter as you'll have very little competition. Trust me, the spammer made sure I knew that little piece of important information! Sure sold me!!
